Norfolk's infamous Colley Ave. underpass has a remarkable talent for transforming itself into an impromptu swimming pool whenever heavy rain arrives. And despite the rather obvious warning signs—namely, several feet of water—there always seems to be someone willing to test the depth with their automobile.

Our Colley Avenue Drive-Thru Pool magnet celebrates this peculiar local tradition with a vintage-inspired illustration of the flooded railway underpass, two unfortunate vehicles, and one exceedingly cheerful rubber duckie. Apparently, somebody remembered to bring the proper flotation equipment.
