Order Processing

Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to order volume, supply availability, weather events, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.

Address Accuracy and Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable billing and shipping information at the time of purchase. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout and cannot be modified once processing has begun.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Orders that are delayed, lost, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect address information are not eligible for refunds or replacements. If an order is returned to us due to address issues, reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.

Carrier Liability and Risk of Loss

All shipments are tendered to third-party carriers. Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring after the order has been transferred to the carrier.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled. Claims of non-receipt must be addressed with the carrier. We may, at our discretion, assist with carrier inquiries; however, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed. If tracking indicates your package was delivered, but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, management, et al who may have accepted the package for you. 

Returned or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders returned to us due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier are not eligible for shipping refunds. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
