The Lost Wax Company is proud to be a vendor member of the Museum Store Association (MSA), both at the national level and through the Mid-Atlantic Chapter.

The Museum Store Association is a professional organization serving museum retail professionals, cultural institutions, and the vendors who support them. Its members include museum shops, historic sites, botanical gardens, zoos, aquariums, libraries, and other cultural organizations across the country.

Our membership reflects an important part of who we are. Long before The Lost Wax Company opened its doors, museum retail shaped our approach to merchandising, storytelling, product development, and the idea that the things we bring home can deepen our connection to a place, an object, or a memory.

As a vendor member, we work with museums and other cultural institutions to develop distinctive products for their stores, including custom and private-label home fragrance, gifts, and merchandise inspired by their collections, exhibitions, stories, and communities. We’re delighted to be part of a professional community that believes, as we do, that a great shop can be an extension of the visitor experience itself.
