There are certain scents that people don’t just like — they recognize them. The moment they smell them, they smile and say the same things:

That’s exactly what inspired our Barbershop Collection — two fragrances that capture the unmistakable atmosphere of a traditional barber shop and the memories that come with it.
Both Bay & Blade and Classic Bay Rum are available as wax melts and as 7 oz tin candles, a smaller, travel-friendly candle poured into a reusable tin and finished with the Lost Wax logo on the lid.
Two Scents, One Memory
Though they’re different fragrances, Bay & Blade and Classic Bay Rum really belong to the same place.
Classic Bay Rum is the bolder of the two — warm, spicy, and unmistakably traditional. It’s the scent of bay rum aftershave from a glass bottle on the counter, the finishing splash at the end of a haircut. It’s confident, classic, and a little nostalgic in the best possible way.
Bay & Blade is softer and more atmospheric, thanks to the clean powdery talc note that instantly brings to mind warm shaving lather, fresh towels, and that final brush of powder at the back of the neck. Where Classic Bay Rum is the aftershave, Bay & Blade is the shop itself — the air, the ritual, the whole experience.
