Four Thieves Apothecary is a handmade, palm-oil-free soap inspired by the legendary aromatic blends associated with the old tale of the Four Thieves. Clove, lemon, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus, and rosemary create a bold, herbaceous fragrance—warm with spice, bright with citrus, and unmistakably Old World.

Organic turmeric gives the bar its distinctive character, while the traditional cold-process recipe creates a rich, creamy lather.

The name recalls a centuries-old European legend in which thieves supposedly protected themselves with pungent preparations of herbs, spices, vinegar, and aromatics while robbing plague victims. Whether history, folklore, or a bit of both, it makes for one memorable bar of soap.
