The Lost Wax Company Store is getting very close to opening its doors in Norfolk, VA.
Behind the scenes, we’re still deep in the final stretch: finishing the shop, stocking the shelves, setting up production, testing systems, and taking care of the thousand small details that somehow appear whenever you think you’re nearly finished.
We’re aiming for a Grand Opening on October 31, and as a little pre-opening thank-you to everyone who has been cheering us on, we’re offering a special gift-card bonus through October 30.
Buy a Gift Card. Get a Little Something Back.
Purchase a Lost Wax gift card of $50 or more, and we’ll add 10% of the qualifying gift-card value to your Lost Wax customer account as store credit.
For example:
- $50 gift card = $5 in store credit
- $100 gift card = $10 in store credit
- 2 × $50 + 1 × $100 = $20 in store credit
- And so on...
The gift card itself is separate from your bonus, so you can give it to someone else, forward the digital gift-card email to a recipient, or simply keep it for yourself. Your promotional store credit stays with your Lost Wax customer account. Both the gift cards and the store credits can be used online or in-store.
The Gory Details
The promotion applies to individual $50 and $100 Lost Wax gift cards purchased during the promotional period. The bonus is calculated from the value of qualifying gift cards in the order.
That means two $50 gift cards qualify for a $10 bonus, but two $25 gift cards do not. Likewise, five $10 gift cards totaling $50 do not qualify; the individual gift card must be one of the qualifying $50 or $100 denominations.
If your order contains other merchandise, the 10% bonus applies only to the qualifying gift-card value, not to the entire order.
Store credit is issued automatically to the purchaser’s Lost Wax customer account after the order is paid. We'll also send an email confirming the amount of store credit added to the account.
Because the bonus has to be attached to a customer account, purchases made without an identified customer may not qualify for promotional store credit.
Promotional store credit is nontransferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
When Does It End?
The promotion ends precisely on October 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
Once the clock strikes midnight and October 31 begins, the promotion is over—and, with any luck, we’ll be rather busy opening a shop.
